Resumen

La diversidad sexo-genérica es hoy día una de las principales razones para sufrir acoso escolar. Entre las diversas barreras que dificultan la lucha contra este tipo de acoso, destacan la todavía invisibilización de esta diversidad en las aulas y la escasez de estudios sobre esta temática que aporten conocimiento, basado en la evidencia, para poder desarrollar estrategias de intervención. Andalucía es una comunidad pionera en el desarrollo y puesta en marcha, a nivel legislativo y educativo, de la protección de derechos de menores y jóvenes LGTBI, tal y como muestran el protocolo de actuación sobre identidad de género en el sistema educativo andaluz (Orden 28 de abril de 2015), la Ley 2/2014, integral para la no discriminación por motivos de identidad de género y reconocimiento de los derechos de las personas transexuales, o la Ley 8/2017 Ley 8/2017, para garantizar los derechos, la igualdad de trato y no discriminación de las personas LGTBI y sus familiares. No obstante, los avances legislativos no son suficientes para la consecución real, a nivel social, del respeto y valoración de la diversidad sexo-genérica. Este proyecto pretende avanzar en el conocimiento sobre el acoso LGBTQ+fóbico en jóvenes de entre 12 y 18 años de Andalucía. En concreto, pretende identificar las diversas manifestaciones de acoso LGBTQ+fóbico en las aulas estableciendo su prevalencia. Asimismo, se intentarán identificar posibles factores de riesgo asociados al fenómeno con objeto de poder plantear recursos con orientaciones psicoeducativas para prevenir el mismo.

ABSTRACT

Sexual and gender diversity is, currently, one of the main reasons for being a victim of bullying. Among the several barriers which make this kind of bullying difficult to tackle, the still existing invisibilization of this diversity in the classroom, and the scarcity of empirically-based studies on the topic, contributing relevant knowledge to develop efficient intervention strategies, should be highlighted. Andalusia is a pioneer region in the development and implementation, at an educational and legislative level, of protection of LGTBI children and young people’s rights, such as the protocol about intervention in gender identity in the Andalusian educative system show (Orden 28 of April of 2015), the Law 2/2014, in favor of non-discrimination by gender identity reasons, and recognition of transsexual people’s rights, or the Law 8/2017, to guarantee the rights, equality and non-discrimination of LGTBI people and their families. However, the legislative advances are not enough to get, at a social level, true respect and appreciation of sexual and gender diversity. This project intends to advance in the knowledge of LGBTQ+phobic bullying in Andalusian young people between 12 and 18 years old. Concretely, it is expected to identify the several manifestations of LGBTQ+phobic bullying that could be happening in the classrooms stablishing its prevalence. Besides, it will try to identify possible risk factors associated to the phenomenon in order to develop psycho-educational resources with specific orientations to prevent it.
